A pop up dinner bringing Clevedon to the City
Casual fine dining meets rural produce in an inventive 8 course menu designed with unusual, boutique ingredients from the greater Clevedon Valley.
This dinner marks the return of chef Ed Verner from Scandinavia and South Africa, and sees him integrate overseas experience with his passion for New Zealand’s countryside. Forging relationships with local growers and producers, as well as exploring what the land offers from field to coast, this meal is an homage to the richness of the region Ed now calls home.
This event is suitable for gluten free diners and limited vegetarian requests. Please stipulate when booking. We cannot cater for other dietary requests due to the nature of the event. Thanks for your understanding.
